Tech-Assisted rehab aims to boost brain and body recovery after hip fracture

Summary
This study tests whether adding digital technology to standard physical therapy helps older adults (ages 65-89) recover both thinking skills and physical abilities after hip fracture surgery. About 30 participants will receive either standard rehab or standard rehab plus technology-assisted exercises. Researchers will measure changes in mobility, balance, and a brain protein linked to recovery.
