Summary

This study aims to find the best way to manage pain for older adults having hip fracture surgery. It will compare a standard nerve block to a combination of two nerve blocks to see which provides better pain relief during and after the procedure. The goal is to reduce the need for opioid painkillers and improve patient comfort and recovery.
