First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special dual-screw nail (InterTAN) helps people with unstable hip fractures recover better than standard nails. About 30 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new nail or a standard one. The goal is to see if the new design leads to less pain, faster return to walking, and quicker recovery of daily activities.
