First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether repairing the hip capsule during hip arthroscopy improves recovery compared to leaving it unrepaired. About 250 adults aged 18 to 50 with hip pain from femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The main goal is to measure hip function and pain six months after surgery.
