Summary
This study aims to find out which of three hip bath methods works best to help surgical wounds heal after perianal abscess removal. Researchers will compare a regular sitz bath, a manual rinse bath, and an electric rinse bath in 102 adult patients. The goal is to see which method leads to faster wound healing, less pain, and fewer complications like bleeding.
