Summary
This study is testing a non-surgical procedure to reduce chronic pain from hip arthritis. It uses ultrasound to guide a gentle electrical pulse to specific nerves around the hip joint. Researchers will measure pain and function in 40 patients over 12 weeks to see if this approach provides lasting relief for those who haven't improved with standard treatments like painkillers or physical therapy.
