First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study compares two surgeries for severe shoulder fractures: a standard metal plate alone versus the plate plus a mushroom-shaped bone graft from a donor hip. The goal is to see which approach leads to better shoulder function and quality of life two years after surgery. About 56 adults aged 40-70 with recent three- or four-part fractures will take part.
