Summary
This study is creating and testing a Hindi-language questionnaire designed to measure how chronic gum disease (periodontitis) affects a person's quality of life. Researchers will give the questionnaire to 180 adult patients with confirmed gum disease to see if it is a reliable and valid tool. The goal is to provide a better way for Hindi-speaking patients and their dentists to understand the personal impact of the condition, beyond just clinical measurements.
