Summary
This study aimed to find out which type of interval training is better for improving athletes' fitness, strength, and agility. Researchers compared High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Medium-Intensity Interval Training (MIIT) in a group of 36 trained athletes. Participants followed one of the two supervised workout plans for six weeks, and their performance was measured before and after.
