Can High-Intensity workouts ease period pain? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07391930
Summary
This study aims to see if a 12-week online high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program can help reduce menstrual pain and improve quality of life for women with primary dysmenorrhea. Sixty participants will be split into two groups: one will do the exercise program and attend an educational workshop, while the other will only attend the workshop. The researchers will also collect weekly diaries to understand how the exercise affects women's personal experience of their menstrual health.
