Could a 20-Minute workout ease your shoulder pain?
NCT ID NCT07275164
Summary
This study is checking if a type of fast, intense exercise called HIIT is a practical and safe option for people with shoulder pain lasting over 3 months. Researchers will enroll 30 people—15 with shoulder pain and 15 without—to see if participants accept this approach and to look for body-wide factors, like inflammation, that might be linked to the pain. The goal is to gather enough information to decide if a larger, more definitive study is worth doing.
