Can 4-Minute workouts fight fatty liver?
NCT ID NCT07177963
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific, short home exercise routine can help people with fatty liver disease. About 54 adults will be assigned to either do the intense workouts four times a week for eight weeks or to not change their exercise habits. Researchers will use MRI scans and blood tests to see if the workouts safely reduce liver fat and improve overall health.
