Can a park workout beat the gym? science tests Nature's edge

NCT ID NCT07488715

Summary

This study aims to find out if where you exercise—in a green park, on an outdoor track, or indoors—changes how your body and mind respond to a tough workout. Researchers will have 25 healthy college students do the same high-intensity jump rope routine in each of these three settings. They will measure stress hormones, heart health, mood, and thinking skills to see if one environment is better.
