Summary
This study is testing whether a new type of electrical therapy, called High Tone Power Therapy, can help people with chronic pain from a pinched nerve in their lower back. Researchers will measure if the treatment reduces pain, improves back movement, and enhances quality of life for 52 participants. The goal is to see if this modern electrotherapy offers better relief for this common and often debilitating condition.
