Can a special meal before fasting curb your hunger?
NCT ID NCT07447505
Summary
This study is looking at whether eating a specific high-protein, high-fiber meal before starting a fast can help healthy adults feel less hungry and keep their blood sugar levels more stable. Participants will try two different pre-fast meals in a random order while wearing a continuous glucose monitor to track their blood sugar. The goal is to gather information about how different meals might affect the fasting experience.
