NCT ID NCT07158723

Summary

This study is testing whether eating a diet with more protein can help women with PCOS manage their health. Researchers will compare a higher protein diet to a standard diet in 60 women with PCOS over 16 weeks. They will measure changes in body composition, metabolism, sleep quality, and mood to see if the protein-focused diet is beneficial.
