This study investigates whether eating a high-protein diet for 10 days changes levels of endoplasmic reticulum stress markers in the blood. Twenty healthy adults aged 19–45 with a normal BMI will follow a high-protein diet (about 30% of calories from protein) and later a normal-protein diet as a control.
