Summary
This study tests whether different doses of high-power laser therapy can reduce pain and improve neck movement in people with nonspecific neck pain. About 60 adults with moderate to severe neck pain will receive laser treatment and be monitored for changes. The goal is to find the most effective dose to ease symptoms without medication.
