Summary
This study tested whether high-power laser therapy can reduce pain and improve movement in 36 adults with back and leg pain caused by a slipped disc. Participants received either real laser or a sham (fake) laser over several sessions. The goal was to see if the laser could safely ease symptoms without the side effects of drugs or surgery.
