Summary

This study tests whether high intensity laser therapy helps people with moderate lower limb muscle tears recover faster. Twenty-four athletes with a specific type of muscle injury will receive either laser treatment or standard care. The goal is to see if the laser reduces pain, shrinks the injury, and gets them back to sport sooner.
