Summary

This study looks at two methods for ending high flow nasal cannula treatment in infants with acute bronchiolitis. One group stops the treatment all at once, while the other gradually reduces it. The goal is to see if stopping immediately shortens hospital stays without increasing the need to restart treatment or be readmitted. About 50 infants will take part.
