Gut health boost: High-Fiber diet may improve breast cancer treatment

Summary
This study tests whether an online program teaching a high-fiber, gut-healthy diet is feasible for women with triple-negative breast cancer who are receiving immunotherapy and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the diet can improve treatment response and reduce side effects. Sixty women will be randomly assigned to either the online program or a simple nutrition flyer.
