First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a high-fiber diet can help immunotherapy work better for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Participants are randomly assigned to either follow a high-fiber diet or continue their usual eating habits for 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if the diet helps clear cancer DNA from the blood, which may indicate a stronger treatment response.
