NCT ID NCT06393465

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looked at how well a high dose of the drug tafamidis (61 mg daily) slows nerve damage in people with a heart condition called ATTR-CM. Researchers reviewed medical records of 50 patients who had already taken the drug for at least a year. The goal was to see if the drug slowed the worsening of nerve problems in real-world settings, not just in controlled trials.
