First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether certain foods can reduce bile acid levels in the stomach and saliva of children aged 5 to 21 who rely on feeding tubes. Participants will try two different diets and a formula over four weeks to see which best lowers bile, which may help prevent breathing problems from aspiration. The goal is to find a simple dietary way to improve safety for these children.
