Summary

This study tests a treatment called HIFU that uses sound waves to shrink prostate tissue that blocks urine flow. It is for men aged 45 to 80 with moderate to severe urinary symptoms who have not gotten relief from medication or choose not to take it. The goal is to see if HIFU can improve symptoms and urine flow with fewer side effects than traditional surgery.
