New Pain-Free therapy could help slipped disc sufferers

Summary

This study tests whether high intensity focused electromagnetic therapy can reduce pain and improve quality of life in people with lumbar disc prolapse (a slipped disc in the lower back). Sixty adults aged 30-60 with at least three months of low back pain will receive the therapy. Researchers will measure pain levels and quality of life before and after treatment.
