First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests a non-invasive treatment called HIFEM (using a chair-like device) to strengthen pelvic floor muscles in first-time mothers who recently gave birth vaginally. Researchers will compare 60 women who receive the treatment to those who recover naturally. The goal is to see if the technology can help restore muscle tone and prevent future problems like incontinence.
