New blood test could detect liver cancer before It's too late

Summary
This study is testing a new blood test called Delta-HLD to see if it can accurately detect liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma). Researchers will compare blood and tissue samples from 100 people with liver cancer and 100 people with liver cirrhosis (but no cancer). If successful, this test could lead to earlier, less invasive diagnosis.
