Summary
This study compares two laparoscopic surgeries—Nissen fundoplication and Hill-Snow repair—for treating hiatus hernia with acid reflux in 40 people under 18. Participants will be randomly assigned to one surgery and will have an endoscopy before, during, and after to check results. The goal is to see which surgery is safer and more effective at relieving symptoms like heartburn.
