First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study is collecting information from 90 people who had hip or knee replacement surgery using a special bone cement that contains an antibiotic (gentamicin). The goal is to see how well the cement holds up over time by looking at X-rays, how long the implant lasts, and how patients feel. No new treatments are given—it just reviews past and current data to confirm the cement is safe and works well.
