New oral drug targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HH2853 for people with certain types of blood cancer (non-Hodgkin's lymphoma) or advanced solid tumors that have come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 254 adults will take the drug by mouth twice daily in 28-day cycles. This is an early-phase trial, so the main focus is on safety and dosing, not a cure.
