Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called HH-003 in 101 adults with chronic hepatitis delta, a serious liver disease. HH-003 is an antibody that targets hepatitis B virus, which is needed for hepatitis delta to survive. Participants received either a low or high dose of HH-003 plus standard care, or standard care alone, for 48 weeks. The goal was to see if the drug could lower virus levels and improve liver health.
