Summary

This study tests whether the drug hetrombopag can prevent low platelet counts caused by chemotherapy in people with gastrointestinal cancers like stomach or colon cancer. About 40 participants will take the drug daily for 14 days after each chemo cycle. The goal is to keep platelets high enough to avoid treatment delays and reduce bleeding risk.
