NCT ID NCT05177991
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two numbing medicines provides better pain relief after minimally invasive hernia repair surgery. About 200 adult patients will be randomly assigned to receive a numbing injection (called a TAP block) using either Exparel or Marcaine. Researchers will then track patients' pain levels and painkiller use for a week after surgery to see which medicine works better.
