Summary
This study compared two different ways of giving a numbing injection (nerve block) to see which one provides longer-lasting pain relief after hernia repair surgery. It involved 64 adult patients having a single-sided hernia operation. The goal was to find the best technique for local patients to improve comfort and potentially reduce the need for strong painkillers after surgery.
