New hernia surgery method aims to cut pain and speed healing
NCT ID NCT07373314
Summary
This study is comparing two different ways of doing a common hernia repair surgery. Researchers want to see if a newer method, which uses a special numbing fluid during surgery, leads to less pain and fewer fluid collections after the operation compared to the standard method. The study will involve 60 adults with a single-sided hernia to find out which technique helps patients recover better.
