New mesh aims to stop hernias from coming back

Summary
This study is testing a new surgical mesh called Ovitex LPR to see if it helps prevent large hiatal hernias from returning after surgery. It will follow 100 patients for up to 5 years, checking for hernia recurrence and any safety issues with the mesh. The goal is to improve long-term results for people undergoing this common repair.
