Tracking a new hernia mesh: does it hold up?

Summary
This study aims to collect real-world information on how well a specific surgical mesh (GORE ENFORM) works for repairing hernias. It will follow about 245 patients who have already received or will receive the mesh to see if the hernia comes back and to monitor for any complications. The goal is to understand the device's performance and its impact on patients' quality of life after surgery.
