Anchors away for aneurysms: new trial tests stronger grip for wide necks

Summary
This study compares two treatments for abdominal aortic aneurysms with wide necks. One group gets standard stent-graft repair (EVAR), the other gets extra EndoAnchors to secure the graft (ESAR). The goal is to see if the anchors reduce leaks, movement, or sac growth. About 300 adults with wide-neck aneurysms will take part.
