Summary
This study is testing whether a daily herbal capsule called CL25216 can reduce common symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and mood changes in women going through perimenopause. Researchers will compare the supplement against a placebo (inactive pill) in 80 women aged 40-55. The main goal is to see if the treatment safely improves overall menopause symptoms and quality of life over 105 days.
