Summary
This study is testing whether two herbal supplements can help people with fibromyalgia. Researchers will compare silymarin (milk thistle extract) and a hesperidin/diosmin (citrus flavonoid) combination to see which one better reduces widespread pain and inflammation. The goal is to improve daily life for the 90 participants over four months, alongside their standard treatments.
