Summary
This study is testing whether a supplement made from the lion's tail herb (Leonurus cardiaca) can help reduce anxiety symptoms in adults with generalized anxiety disorder. Sixty participants aged 20-50 will take either the herb supplement or a placebo for 30 days. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, stress, and quality of life while monitoring safety through blood tests.
