First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether natural extracts like chamomile and valerian can reduce anxiety in children aged 6 to 10 who need a tooth pulled. Kids will get one of the herbs or a placebo before the procedure, and their anxiety will be measured using emoji scales and heart rate. The goal is to find a safe, easy way to help children feel calmer during dental visits.
