Summary
This study is testing if two traditional Chinese herbal pills, when added to lifestyle advice, can safely shrink benign thyroid nodules and improve related symptoms. Researchers will compare three groups: one gets lifestyle advice plus one of the herbal pills, and another gets lifestyle advice alone. The goal is to see if the pills offer a better way to manage these common, often-watched nodules without surgery.
