Ancient herbs meet modern medicine in fight against advanced lung cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a traditional Chinese herbal formula (HuGuXiaoJiTang) to standard immunotherapy helps control non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the bones. About 82 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the herbal medicine or a placebo along with their immunotherapy for the first 4-6 treatment cycles. Researchers will measure if the combination is safe and better at controlling the cancer and preventing it from getting worse.
