Could ancient herbs soothe your stomach?
NCT ID NCT06628804
Summary
This study tested whether daily supplements containing artemisia and green tea extracts could improve stomach lining health and reduce symptoms in 100 adults with functional dyspepsia, a condition causing chronic stomach pain and discomfort. Participants took either the herbal blend or a placebo for 8 weeks, with regular checkups to measure changes in their symptoms and overall stomach health. The main goal was to see if these natural extracts were safe and effective for easing digestive troubles.
