Summary
This study tests a capsule made from four herbs (Syzygium cumini, Momordica charantia, Wrightia tinctoria, Gymnema sylvestre) to see if it can safely lower blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. 500 adults will take either the herbal capsule or the standard drug metformin for six months. The main goal is to compare how well each treatment controls blood sugar and HbA1c levels.
