Ancient herbs meet modern medicine in fight against hidden cause of infertility
NCT ID NCT07485842
Summary
This study aims to see if adding a traditional Chinese herbal capsule (FuKe Qianjin) to standard antibiotic treatment works better for chronic endometritis, a common uterine inflammation linked to infertility. About 300 women aged 20-40 with the condition will take antibiotics for 14 days and then either the herbal capsules or a placebo for 56 days. Researchers will check if the combination reduces inflammation better and improves pregnancy rates over 6 months of follow-up.
