New drug duo targets hard-to-treat bladder cancer in phase 2 trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug (trastuzumab rezetecan) alone or with an immunotherapy (adebrelimab) in people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread and shows HER2 protein. About 96 adults with HER2-positive urothelial carcinoma will receive the treatment to see if tumors shrink. The goal is to find a better option for this aggressive cancer.
